Privacy policy

How we handle your data — briefly and without obfuscation.

  1. 01Controller

The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is DEX Networking LLC, Tringe Smajli, Nr. 31, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, represented by Dren Zatriqi. You can reach us at contact@deeex.de and +49 151 5607 6606.

  2. 02Visibility check and enquiries

When you submit the visibility check, we process the details you enter: restaurant name, city and neighbourhood, your name, and your email address or phone number, together with your answers to the five questions. We use these details solely to handle your enquiry and to send you the analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We delete the details as soon as they are no longer needed for that purpose, and at the latest after two years. There is no newsletter, and we do not pass your details to third parties for their own purposes.

  3. 03Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA, which delivers the pages on our behalf as a processor. When a page is called up, technically necessary access data are processed: shortened IP address, date and time, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, and the browser used. These data are required for secure operation, are not combined with other data, and are deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; on the transfer to the United States, see the section “Transfers to third countries”.

  4. 04Cookies

We set no cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. A single technical cookie stores only your chosen language so the site appears in the right language on your next visit. We embed no advertising networks and carry out no profiling for advertising purposes.

  5. 05Reach and speed measurement

To measure reach and to monitor loading speed we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, two services provided by Vercel Inc., USA. Both operate without cookies and without identifiers that would make you recognisable across other websites. What is recorded is aggregated information about the page view: the page requested, the referring source, country, device type and browser, together with measurements of the loading speed actually experienced. Your IP address is processed only transiently and is not stored; to count returning visits, Vercel derives from it a non-reversible hash that changes daily. No personal profile results from this, and we cannot tell who you are or which pages an individual visitor called up. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation; our legitimate interest is in keeping the site fast and technically stable and in understanding which content is found. Because information on your device is not accessed beyond what is technically necessary, no consent under Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act is required for this. You may object to this measurement under Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation; a message to contact@deeex.de is enough.

  6. 06Web fonts

The fonts used are held on our own server and loaded from there. When the page is called up, no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no IP address is transmitted to a third party.

  7. 07Transfers to third countries

Our company is established in Kosovo and therefore outside the European Union. When you contact us via the form or by email, your details are transferred there. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for Kosovo; the transfer is therefore based on Article 49(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, because it is necessary in order to handle your enquiry. Hosting, reach measurement and speed measurement are provided by Vercel Inc., established in the United States, so data are transferred to the United States as well. That transfer is based on a data processing agreement incorporating the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses under Article 46(2)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We point out that authorities in the United States may, under certain conditions, access data processed there, and that you may not have remedies against this comparable to those available in the European Union.

  8. 08Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing we base on legitimate interests. A message to contact@deeex.de is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
